Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nustar Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any nustar content without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, nustar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical failures outside nustar's reasonable control.
nustar's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their nustar Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustar collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at nustar.one/privacy-policy. By registering and using the nustar Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, nustar collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity for KYC purposes, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering reporting obligations. nustar does not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
nustar retains transaction records and player data for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure or the last recorded transaction, as required under Philippine financial regulations.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), nustar reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining Balance. Where an Account is closed without cause by nustar, the verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

In the event of a dispute relating to the nustar Platform or these Terms, the Player should first contact nustar support to attempt resolution through nustar's internal complaints process. nustar will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through nustar's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes arising from PAGCOR-regulated activities may also be submitted to PAGCOR for regulatory arbitration where applicable.
